You can end up feeling really crummy, sad, and even unattractive after a breakup or divorce. In this episode, I'm going to give you some ideas as to how you can boost your self-confidence with an inner and outer makeover. Think of it as “rebuilding” yourself into a stronger, happier, healthier version. However, the most important thing to note is that this does NOT mean changing the essence of who you are or your overall personality.
